SHIRAZ

The year of 2008 is a brilliant year for Barossa Valley in South Australia. The Shiraz wine subject to 18 months’ aging in oak barrels is characterized by the caramel and chocolate flavors. The quality of the wine is revealed by its full and splendid tannins, marvelous blackberry and fennel fragrance, full body and dark red color. The Shiraz can be preserved for a relatively long time.
